The SRD998 offers a wider choice of pneumatic performance, including high flow versions and up to 10 bars of air supply and output pressures available.
High output pressure allows the positioner to work at a higher torque on the actuator and valve; therefore, smaller actuator sizes can be used. Very high flow capacity versions enable savings since small volume boosters are unnecessary.

SRD960 Positioner Intelligent Valve Control - Ex d
Offering the latest technology in the market, the SRD960’s features include an infrared interface for wireless operation and configuration, a multilingual full-text graphic LCD, and availability with the choice of all in the process automation applied communication protocols.
Its enhanced applications and methods can also analyse recorded stroke data. All the diagnostics features can be easily configured and displayed by the Positioner DTM (VALcare). The Positioner DTM enables you to edit a complete “health” report of the valve with all data of configuration and diagnostics.
The SRD960 can even control a Partial Stroke Test (PST) that offers operators a tool to identify the trouble-proof function of ESD (Emergency Shut Down) valves.
SRD991 Intelligent Valve Control
The SRD991 offers the most advanced technology available on the market today. This includes, among others, an infrared interface for wireless operation and configuration, a multilingual full-text graphic LCD, and availability with the choice of all in the process automation applied communication protocols.

Our traditional range of positioners, SRP981, SRI986, and SRI983, are the results of 50 years of experience in the field. These positioners are designed for the operation of pneumatic valve actuators with pneumatic (SRP981) or 4-20mA (SRI986 and SRI983) control signals.

The analogue positioner SRI990 with analogue input 4 to 20 mA is designed to operate pneumatic valve actuators. It offers easy adjustment using switches and potentiometers. The modular structure of this positioner series enables conversion from an analogue to an “intelligent” positioner by exchanging the electronics.

- Remote Mounting Unit
The RMU998 Remote Mounting Unit is the solution for valve/actuator applications in harsh environments, such as operating the valve at very low or very high temperatures and high vibrations.
- Volume Booster
VBSX00 Volume Booster Series is designed to operate pneumatic valve actuators via a valve positioner. It is recommended for large actuators to reduce positioning time. The bypass valve adjusts dynamic response, providing stable operations over a wide range of actuator sizes.
- Filter Regulator
FRS0X is a dedicated filter regulator for direct mounting to valve positioners with pneumatic performance “High Air Output.” Control of instrument supplies air pressure and removes dust particles and water content by filtration to drive pneumatic actuators.
